Lenten Workshop Fun!

Sunday, March 14 children and families experienced a “Journey to Jerusalem” in the annual Lenten Workshop. Participants completed a wreath with six colorful plastic eggs each containing symbols representing Holy Week- Jesus last week of ministry on earth. From Palm Sunday to Easter Sunday, children learned about the events through stories and activities and will be able to retell the story at home! Children also colored a greeting card for our sick and homebound members in exchange for a caterpillar. Caterpillars will be brought back Easter Sunday for our annual butterfly release.
