Children’s Christmas Service
Children Pre-K through 5th grade are invited to participate in leading worship for our Children’s Christmas Service in December. This year, children will serve as worship leaders in the December 23, 2018 worship services!
Sixth grade youth are invited to narrate the service. Our Pre-K children and a parent/guardian serve as our ushers. Children K-5th grade serve as the characters in the Christmas story. Registration details are emailed to families in November. If you are not on the email list, but would like your child to participate, please contact Charlotte Nance-Allbright, M.A, C.C.E., Director of Christian Formation and Education.
ALL participants are required to register. Worship assignments (i.e. characters for the nativity) will be assigned in the order in which the online registrations are received.
Children and youth (through 12 grade) are invited to play a Christmas hymn on the piano or other musical instrument during the prelude.
The Children’s Ministry Committee invites children and their families to participate if you are able. This is an opportunity to encourage our children and youth as they lead worship.
