This figure was determined after a professional assessment of our entire physical plant. It covers three vital areas:
Immediate Needs ($1.25 million): Replacing the 25-year-old HVAC systems and urgent structural repairs.
Strategic Updates ($1 million): Modernizing spaces to serve our growing congregation over the next 10 years.
Sustainability ($750,000):Seeding the FPC Foundation endowment to fund future maintenance.

Historically, we have addressed building issues as they arise. By establishing an endowed Foundation fund for physical plant maintenance, we are moving toward a proactive model. This endowment will generate interest to cover routine repairs, ensuring we remain good stewards of our resources and avoid emergency campaigns in the future.

We ask that members maintain their regular tithes while considering an additional gift to this campaign.
